Q: Where I can find raikou and entie?

A1: Raikou and Entei are found in random place and I previously found it in goldenrod and others but there's no specific place.

A2: I am pretty sure that they only appear at random but I found both within a half hour below blackthorn. I bought a max repel, went south, hopped the fence on the right side, and walked right to left for about 60 secs and I found entei. I walked around for a awhile after that and couldn't find raiku so I flew to goldenrod and flew back to vlackthor and found him there. I worked for me but I don't know if its accurate. hope I helped.
