Q: So how excacly do you get over the bridge?

A1: Put in the improved driving skills,go and get a police car,go to the bridge and press L3 and jump over.

A2: Activate the flying cars cheat. Unless you want to drown dont use cars like Cartel Cruisers or Trucks. AND ESPECIALLY NOT MR. WHOOPEE! Some fast cars like Banshees wil just do loads of barrel rolls and you'll end up PLONK! in the ocean.
