Just tag the graffiti marks, get the seceret tape, do the challanges, get the beat souls, challange Beat to a street race, and BAM! You're done. P.S. Use Gum for the street race.

the gates are surrounding the dragon building in the middle.
you must grind around these gates (entire middle level), there are gaps so you'll have to hop

A jet ranking is a score you have to beat. After you beat the game and collect all the graffiti souls and beat all the challenges the mystery tape givs you, go to Roboy at the garage and acess his menu. The icon with the thumbs up is for test runs. It shows you scores and you have to have the highest score to be a jet.

You have to go to the place where da dj tells you and he says he was only borrowing it and gives it back he moves to different places fast so move fast
