In the room right side to the save room , when that golden colored thing absorbs x , freeze it using your ice missile. Now stand on it and fire upwards. U will get a path. Now jump on the upper platform and enter the room to your left. Proceed until you find a creature. Kill it but dont absorb the x. Repeat until the x is absorbed by that golden thing in the room. Now freeze it. U will now get a continous path 2 run. Jump over the above platform n perform a speed booster until you break the wall in the next room and VOILA ! Now you can follow the path to the navigation room

You go back to the blue room that say's no entry without atherisation
Look, u have to reach the 3rd floor so u can see the pc behind the wall, u must break the floor and ul be at the 2nd lvl open the doors and u will be able to make a super boost, break the new floor and in the lower lvl, on the left wall theres a hole just enter it and there will be a lot of those wall snakes, freeze em and use them as plataforms so u reach the higer lvl again (but u will be on the computer side now).

Well you go to the wall.... keep shooting down untill you see a hole, now..... you must go down the hole shoot the gates go all the way to your right and then RUN IT! you should fall down a block when you hyper boost... then go to your left and jump at the wall... you will go through the wall and then go left freeze the springy monsters go up and go right and VA LA! -Answer by:DarkSamus1337

Find a door on the right side at the very top. Go in & you will fight a boss.

When you have found the boss,just keep shooting right,be careful not to drop though,if you do, the flowers will drain your energy.Soon,the boss will start shooting beams at you.Avoid that and keep shooting the boss.Don't worry,the boss can't move.After some time,the boss will turn into a core-X.You know how to defeat that.

It's very Easy! All you just have to do is to get under it while it is invisible and charge your plasma beam, then when it goes visible, shoot as much charged beams (or missles,YOU CHOOSE!) as you can. When the gravity goes wierd, missles won't work. USE YOUR CHARGE BEAM! When the booster thing starts blinking, get on the prongs until it shows it true form. Fire missles rapidly at his face until it turns red. It will fly around, TRY TO AVOID IT! When it stops, get on the prongs and fire rapid missles at his face again until it turns into a Core-X. Fire missles at it and try to avoid it. You will get the Gravity Suit Upgrade!

I have the same question. I got to the sector you get to with the shinespark but I cant seem to find an exit.
Weres the shinespark and what is it?
Haven't gotten to that part yet. But why not try to look for an exit by space jumping?

What did you do along the way to the data room and back to the navigation room?Because I never even thought that might happen to someone."Target Eradicated" might mean you destroyed something you shouldn't have or it's probably just a glitch.

You kill nightmare then go to the far right of the room. Start running , shoot the door open, then run.

You kill the core-x of sa-x by carging your missles and when the eye opens shoot and jump or it will shoot you back.

You get a Gameshark but I don't know if I have to download it or something and if I do how do you download stuff on a Gameboy Advance?
There is a device called a gameshark that you attach to your Gameboy or DS. This slides into the system and then you can put a game into the gameshark.
