Try using your new ability(Somersaulting in the air)until you reach the top.You would see an entrance just above you.Hint:There's something different before and after you defeat the spider.
Before you enter the boss room where you see the energy tank go left (where you enter)'till you fall. Then when it goes straight up shoot the block on the ground. Then roll in the tube then VA LA!
What you do is go all the way down and go left. you should be in a room with fish. at the end there should be a red door ( witch you haven't unlocked yet ). now go to the middle of the room and lay a power bomb. you should see some ice missile blocks above your head. shoot them go up, then go left. then when you get to the part of the room with the metal floor lay another power bomb. you should see some regular bomb squares at the bottom. choose the middle square then go in. the wall to the right of you is one you can go through. Go through it then go where it leads you and you should be in the room where you unlock the red doors. now your on your own.
All you have to do is, when you first enter the area where you're supposed to be two wall monsters will appear and get them to stretch out and freeze them so you can get to the very top. When your in the room you'll see these wierd but cute animals behind the glass, and you can't get to the other side becasue a metal bar is blocking your way. So use the bombs when your in morph ball and drop down to the next level. Than one of the floor things shows you that you have to use your speed so use it and you'll come to the very bottom and you'll find a missile upgrade and a piece of the wall is poking out. Jump up into that and you'll climb up into the other side of the habition room that you couldn't get into.
It's very Easy! All you just have to do is to get under it while it is invisible and charge your plasma beam, then when it goes visible, shoot as much charged beams (or missles,YOU CHOOSE!) as you can. When the gravity goes wierd, missles won't work. USE YOUR CHARGE BEAM! When the booster thing starts blinking, get on the prongs until it shows it true form. Fire missles rapidly at his face until it turns red. It will fly around, TRY TO AVOID IT! When it stops, get on the prongs and fire rapid missles at his face again until it turns into a Core-X. Fire missles at it and try to avoid it. You will get the Gravity Suit Upgrade!
You freeze the hard shelled things with your ice missile. then jump on top of them and jump to the next flat area. also use a power bomb so you can see where all the crumbling floors are.
After you have been given diriction to make the station crash go to the place where you got the missle upgrade then go to the highest door and reset the course for sr388 and you will be given a time limit to escape after you leave the room a explosion will happen and the sa-x will apear -Answer by:lilmouse

Okay I got to the part right after you beat the spider in the reactors core and the sa-x is in this room that I hve to drop down into and I have to freeze her long enough to get threw the worm covered doors so how do I keep her frozen long enough to get by?

When you see the SA-X charge up your beam when the SA-X lands shoot. Repeat till he gets fuzzy. When you shoot him he will turn into a monster. Shoot his face 4 times. On the spike ball charge your missels. When his I opens shoot. Repeat.
Go to the right and keep jumping until you reach a lot of plants and get pass them then get pass the SA-X(I'm not telling you how)then take a one way path 'till you get to the plant boss

U have to go kinda to the top and get pass the sa-x by freezing him with ice missles(u have to keep firing at him everytime he unfreezes) then you keep running and he will leave and go back through where you came and you will find your way somehow

Look, u have to reach the 3rd floor so u can see the pc behind the wall, u must break the floor and ul be at the 2nd lvl open the doors and u will be able to make a super boost, break the new floor and in the lower lvl, on the left wall theres a hole just enter it and there will be a lot of those wall snakes, freeze em and use them as plataforms so u reach the higer lvl again (but u will be on the computer side now).

Well you go to the wall.... keep shooting down untill you see a hole, now..... you must go down the hole shoot the gates go all the way to your right and then RUN IT! you should fall down a block when you hyper boost... then go to your left and jump at the wall... you will go through the wall and then go left freeze the springy monsters go up and go right and VA LA! -Answer by:DarkSamus1337
Find a door on the right side at the very top. Go in & you will fight a boss.

When you have found the boss,just keep shooting right,be careful not to drop though,if you do, the flowers will drain your energy.Soon,the boss will start shooting beams at you.Avoid that and keep shooting the boss.Don't worry,the boss can't move.After some time,the boss will turn into a core-X.You know how to defeat that.
