Go all the way to the bottom left hand corner and go inside, if there are too fish things in front of you, then you are in the right place. Kill the fish and then walk urond and youse your power bom, and pock urond but DO NOT FORGET if you get stuck jest use your power bom [ wich wurks like a probe, and that can help you alot] I did my best to anser your question from my memery, hope you win the game :)

Ok now you are in sector 4 go to the save room and save now go all the way down go to the bottom left door keep going until you find a yellow yellow-ish and green-ish tube now lay a power bomb and then you will see missile blocks shoot them and then you will see you could not go up but you will see a ledge get there go up kill the seahorses with the plasma beam then put a power bomb go right to get a power-bomb tank go left then keep going then lay a bomb on the 2 gray blocks you will fall down bomb the 3rd gray block bomb the block underneath the 3rd one you will see that you are trapped but there is a hidden tunnel you will see a piranha go through a wall go through the wall now bomb the floor now you will see a piranha bomb the block in the piranha's way now kill the piranha now go left now lay a power bomb at the dead end you will fall in the red door security room now find your way to the navigation room oh I forgot along the way you have to get to the diffusion missiles now more comes up in google search for metroid fusion GBA guide and walkthrough By:the winner6000

All you have to do is, when you first enter the area where you're supposed to be two wall monsters will appear and get them to stretch out and freeze them so you can get to the very top. When your in the room you'll see these wierd but cute animals behind the glass, and you can't get to the other side becasue a metal bar is blocking your way. So use the bombs when your in morph ball and drop down to the next level. Than one of the floor things shows you that you have to use your speed so use it and you'll come to the very bottom and you'll find a missile upgrade and a piece of the wall is poking out. Jump up into that and you'll climb up into the other side of the habition room that you couldn't get into.

You have to go through the floor on the top level then use the speed booster to fall through the second floor and on the first floor there will be a passage way on the left wall

You don't need to get out of sector 4. to get to the security room and unlock red doors you must go to google.com and search for how to get to navigation room after defeating nightmare x. now you are on your own. remember that the security room is in sector 4. you are in the correct place by:Navdeep

If this is at the hallway area with a wall. hide behind the wall and use normal bombs on the left wall. I recommend waiting for SA-X to turn around, I don't know what happens if you use a bomb when he looks your direction.

Well when ya start in the nav. room, go left till you get 2 the big room with all the monsters. then go up and when you see the block up at the top, roll into a ball and jump up next 2 the block and lay a bomb. climb up on the ladder and go until it ends. jump off. you should land on a bolck. keep jumping to the left until you see the ladder and go on it. dont fall in the water. in da next room go through the bottom left door. in dat room, shoot at the block above you and climb into the space and lay a bomb. use the ladder and go to the end and go through da door. in da next room go up. if you see the way up is blocked, shoot whats blocking it or bomb it. when you get to the crab thing on the roof ladder(?), bomb the bottom left corner and go through and up into the save room. in there, you should see a cracked block. bomb it or shoot it, and go through the hole thats left.in the next room, bomb the block thing and enter the next room. youll see serris breeding tank, dont worry, he's not in there. advance to the next room. looks familiar? get up and kill the monster blocking the door, go in and you'll battle serris shortly at the top of the room.

Before you enter the boss room where you see the energy tank go left (where you enter)'till you fall. Then when it goes straight up shoot the block on the ground. Then roll in the tube then VA LA!

What you do is go all the way down and go left. you should be in a room with fish. at the end there should be a red door ( witch you haven't unlocked yet ). now go to the middle of the room and lay a power bomb. you should see some ice missile blocks above your head. shoot them go up, then go left. then when you get to the part of the room with the metal floor lay another power bomb. you should see some regular bomb squares at the bottom. choose the middle square then go in. the wall to the right of you is one you can go through. Go through it then go where it leads you and you should be in the room where you unlock the red doors. now your on your own.

Go to the floor under the habitation deck. Go to the far left where you will see some charge blocks. After you destroy the charge blocks, the floor where you land has a hidden wall to the far left, just keep jumping against it until you go through the wall, go from there until you get to the terminal.

Well, first go back to the "keep out" room. Since you have the wave beam, you can shoot through walls. Shoot where the button is and you can get through. Go into morph ball mode to pass through the small space. When you get to the other side, it should say "Restricted section". Keep going through the doors (I recommend you save in the save room first) until you reach the Restricted Laboratory. Go through the next doors and when you come across a blocked area, go to the right wall. When done, you should here the hatch opening, smashing of glass and then a siren. Go back to where you entered and you will see the SA-X shooting the Metroids. A couple of seconds after, you should here "60 seconds, until isolation lock down". That means that if you don't get out in 60 seconds, you die. So, space jump upwards and avoid the Metroids. When you get to the top, there will be a door on the right side. Go through it and you should see a clip of the lab detaching from the station and exploding. After that, go through the door, and you're in the Navigation Room.

You freeze the hard shelled things with your ice missile. then jump on top of them and jump to the next flat area. also use a power bomb so you can see where all the crumbling floors are.

Okay I got to the part right after you beat the spider in the reactors core and the sa-x is in this room that I hve to drop down into and I have to freeze her long enough to get threw the worm covered doors so how do I keep her frozen long enough to get by?

Go back and go down to where the later is and there will be a ladder on the hoof go to the end and drop a bomb near the dont jump up!
I dont get it , I went back to the room before it , saw the ladders but there was no ladder on hoof

When you see the SA-X charge up your beam when the SA-X lands shoot. Repeat till he gets fuzzy. When you shoot him he will turn into a monster. Shoot his face 4 times. On the spike ball charge your missels. When his I opens shoot. Repeat.

Go to the right and keep jumping until you reach a lot of plants and get pass them then get pass the SA-X(I'm not telling you how)then take a one way path 'till you get to the plant boss
U have to go kinda to the top and get pass the sa-x by freezing him with ice missles(u have to keep firing at him everytime he unfreezes) then you keep running and he will leave and go back through where you came and you will find your way somehow
Go all the way to the top of the left hand corner where you first came in and use a power bom then do the spin thing right bellow the lej that you are standing on and you will find a hoal for a morf ball then enter it. keep going intel you meat the SA-X shoot it with your missels and RUN FOR IT ! and when you get to the daed end clime over the thing and STAY STILL the SA-X will com in and then leve . when the SA-X is gone follow it and as soon as you exit yous another power bom and I bet you can figuer out the rest. Just Keep Jumping Up Where The Metroids Are. There should be a door on youre right.

You must go to the room at the top where the acid spitting creatures are in the floor below you and you must kill them and let the yellow space pirates appear and you have to kill two of them by making them jump over you and then shoot them with a charged beam in the back twice. this will unlock the door up there
