You need a mushroom/big. The first room that has all the blocks, I think its the third row in there is a "P" break that, and a door apears on the platform to the left. That gets you a Teddy Bear Suit. Then you go into the second door you will need to fly and there is a warp tunnel in the very top of the room (You need to be able to fly to get it)

Does anyone know how to get certain cards when you enter the black area?

A1:
If you run full speed at the box from right before the black area and jump face first into the box, you will get a star every time which is the highest lives out of the 3 when you get all 3 stars.

First, go to the door in the door surrounded by bricks. you will be warped in the place with the fireball things and lava underneath. then go to the straght and you will find the star power-up(its beside the brix) and avoid dropping down below.. Go to the last door (be quick!) hit the power thing that changes the bricks into coins then run till you find a secret door(its color is white) then enter it. you will be warped again into a place. Run again to the corner. you will find two bricks. hit the socond one and another power thing will appear then you will see two secret doors(the one is near you and the another one is in the end). Enter it you will find the boss in that fortress.

When choosing a door, Each door is different. One door makes the boss battle easier against bowser and the other makes it a little tougher. The trick to know which door is the easy or hard is how the floors blocks are stacked. The easy one has one panel of blocks taken away and only needs 3 hits the other floor for the hard one is the one where you can't see the dark part under the blocks. -Answer by:zero56

Use your tail to fly up and tail attack the flowers. If buy chance you loose the tail before breaking the blocks, you can get another feather, just dont go into a warp tunnel to get it, because the "flowers" will just reappear. (I've only been able to do it once myself)

You need to win once on the "spinning spade" for the leaf to appear. Then if you win the leaf (worth 7 lives), you get the chance to spin for a heart (10 lives). If you lose it resets. It keeps going through the different suits in a deck of cards until you spin for a crown, which is worth 25 lives.

Take a raccoon suit from the "?" box in the level. when you have it, go in the area where a turtle are walkin then jump over her, take the shell. then you have to get "flying speed" with the shell, fly high into the space in the roof where (its right over the place, where turtle used to walk) is a pipe blocked with bricks and 2 lil flowers. you have to push the shell on them. the shell will destroy the flowers and it will make you way out to pipe.

I'm not exactly sure who you mean, but i'm guessing you mean the "bowser". You just jump on his head 3 times, just watch out in between because he turns to spikes.

After you pass the first thwomp, (the square rock) pass the first three doors you see. You will see a second thwomp. Pass it, and the next two doors you see. Go through the third door. Jump to the top of the platform, go through the door, and good luck with the fight!

The racoon is like a normal feather. Just run until the bar fills up and jump. With the racoon suit, you can also turn to stone by pressing down+B (GBA Version) or Down+X+A (SNES).

You take a leaf,and get your speed up to full power and fly to the ceiling.Then,the mini-boss should be there.

You will need to use a P-Wing or a super leaf. After you go through the first room you'll see a room with no enemies. If you go left and fly you'll see a warp pipe that leads to the boss. If you go right it leads to a door where it leads Mario to a lava room with a ? block in there.
You need to have a leaf, to be able to fly... you need to kill the beetles, and stomp on the turtle. then once you grab the turtle, you need to fly upwards, and throw the turtle to kill the snapper things... then go through the pipe, then you have finished the level. I hope this helps, I have been tryting to beat it for several days also but couldn't figure it out then I did. Good luck
Clear all the blocks from near the end, stomp the turtle once, then VERY quickly, pick up the shell and fly up the shaft directly above you once you get to the top, release the turtle into the pit, and youll be able to use the pipe.
Bfore the end of the level yhe top opening is the exit for the level you have to run full speed to fly while holding a turtle in its shell and throw it at the flowers guarding the tunnel then go through the tunnel to finish the level. took me a while too.

How do I pass the castle in world 7? its the one with the white door and all the coins
Once you find the P thing that turns the blocks into coins, you have to go through that white door. Go through that first tunnel and go all the way down and fight
I used the last advice and it worked up until I got the bear suit then you come out of the tunnel you cant go thru.....Im still lost!
When you go out of that tunnel jump down to the other tunnel go through run almost to the opposite side of the part where the ghosts are and fly up to another tunnel
You have to be the Mario that can fly and then break some of the blocks until you find the block with the "P" on it. After you press down the "P" jump onto the platform and go in the white door. This is when the flying comes in. You should be in a room with a lot of "dead" stuff. Just run and fly. On the ceiling somewhere should be a tube. go up that and there you go!
I got the bear suit and I can't fly. What do I do?
You have to use the bear suit. You get to the room where there are all sorts of things that are "dead". Candles without flames and stuff like that. Then you have to fly. To do that you have to run really fast by moving and pressing "B". Then when you're running as fast as possible press "A" repetitively...You should be flying! On the ceiling there is a tube that you must go up. Good luck!

Its called a "game genie" thats the ONLY way you can cheat your way through mario brothers 3 on nintendo.
There are only action replay cheats for the game but no real cheats of any kind for the game. -Answer by:zero56

Thats the castle with a lot of pipes with pirhanas right? well you have to time all the jumps down... the first jump you go all the way to the wall hold b and run and jump when the pirhana is about to go down... then there is a ghost. turn away from it and let it come to u. then jump over it and land on the next pipe. then there is a spinning ball thing. jump on top of that and wait for the next pirhana to go down before you jump. the first block there has a star get it and go as fast as you can because you can kill the falling blocks with the star... then there six tubes in a row the first and third have pirhanas in the so wait until they are all the way up and jump over the ghost. go to the next part where there will be two pirhannas in the same place. wait until they r both fully extended then jump through. after that you will get to a powerup.... get it then continue on and there will be another falling block. jump towards it but then land back on the pipe you started on... the block should fall. on its way back up do a short jump and hold b so you run through then jump on top of that pipe and turn to the left a ghost will come... turn back before it gets to close then jump over it and jump againto the last platform.. but quickly jump up and to the right from there and fall to the left on to the pipe below and you will enter another room. there will be two skeleton turtles and two rotating balls. then a falling block. this part is difficult but its all about timing. then climb the stairs fall down the other side and there you go... and sry if I forgot about some parts im doing this through memory

Dont go through the first door you see. past the electric balls that revolve around the circles ,there r the lava balls that jump really high go all the way up keep going and go to the floor under the last floor and keep going and you get to bowser.

When you see the lot of coins don't jump down and get them look on two solid blocks and a door will appear to make the door appear on the fourth down row beside the solid blocks bust the breakable blocks untill a p block appears and get on it hope I helped you...

I think that's a fake, if you have a P Wing you can fly to the top of the previous room and there is a tube up there that will take you to to boss, but I don't know what to do if you don't have a P wing this is where I am stuck I was actually looking for an answer myself.

I highly reccomend you using a powerup and try to dodge enemies jump when fish jump to hit you when the water rises go on the highest platform and jump so you wont get hit.Soon if you keep on doing this im sure you'll win! -Answer by:pokemon27
Hmm.....to me that level is easy. When you go in, you have to treat it with the same care as 3-3 and 3-8, even though there is no Boss Bass. Go in Super Mario, get tho the pipe with all the blue colored blocks, and shoot one at the large ? block. A leaf will come out and you'll become Raccoon Mario. The level should be much easier as that as long as you take it slow. Hope this helps! -Answer by:TanookiSister
The best way to get through the level is to try this.
First, kill the giant plants with the blocks at the begining of the level.
Next it the P button to turn the blocks into coins and hit the item box to get the star.
You should be able to get through the whole level by just running the whole time. I have done this enough time sto feel confident about this trick and I beat this game too many times to count. -Answer by:zero56
