You can't, you need to go to the forbidden city and enter the tower so you can activate the blue-eco switch. When you do that you will be able to uncover the blue-eco vent at the towers base.

U have to fly from the green eco vent to the plants it takes LOADS of patients

Well actually it is quite simple when it looks as if you have only like just a little left after killing a couple plants dont wait for the eco to run out go back to the vent and reload then repeat till they are all dead -Answer by:atlantis

When you are at the entrance to the spider cave, stay to the right and climb the wall to get at the cave entrance near the farthest yellow-echo vent on the right wall. When in that cave take the platforms to the farthest cave on the right and roll-long jump to the blue water, the crystal is in that water.

You chase him to the bone brige do not iet get on it he stop by the steps the let him run away and jump on him
What I do to cach that muse is keep on chassing him around and when you can have a little sort like stedy pace to get him from the other side just do that!
When it is running across the spine bridge thing if you go the right way, when you are above it and the creature is at the end at the lowest point, you jump forward and pray to god that you land on it. (this may need some repeating, I didn't think about it when I did it but I thought I might help you out by saying this)
