Is there a cheat that protects your machinery from earthquakes?

A1:

Unfortunately no, but use the money cheat to get enough money to be able to repair your machines. another tip, place your machinery (inflation, cardiogram etc...) near each other so your not running around the map looking for them :{)

I am on the croaking level and almost completed it, I just need to have cured 70% of my visitors, so far I am on 63%. For the past 3 years I have had no visitors at all in my hospital. Why not and how can I get them back?

How can I keep a clean hopsital?

A1:

Hire loads of handymen then click on 1 of the handymen you will see a broom an litter pic click and hold on the pic for about 5sec do this on about half of the handymen
