The gems are important for 100% completion because once you get all gems and relics then you get the new ending when you beat n cortex
Get the red gem
The gems do lot's of stuff they let you buy clothes and other supplies

HelpfulYou don't have to. It saves more time if you get gold relics before getting sapphire. If you want 105% you do not want sapphire relics. Anyways it is impossible to get the sapphire for the levels that you already got gold.

To get the one gem you need all the boxes to get the second you need to come first

Have Crash Run toward you in the begining of the level, you will find four boxes including a free life

Go on game tab on ps3 menu then go to options and whatever it says about saving then create a ps1 or 2 memory card
Go to game tab then go to internal memory card create one make ps1 or ps2 put in game press the button in the very center of the controller go assign slots click on the internal memory card you created the click slot 1 and vola you've got a saving memory card for ps3
You just get a ps1 or 2 card and hit save

The first round you just wait for him to shoot three times, then when he throws mines go to the right and when his bubble is off hit him, a hole will open and knock him into it (the hole is in the center)
then uka and aku will become a twister, they follow a certain pattern so watch them if they go to the right they will go to the left the next time they get back, repeat the above becuase he throws mines again and knock him into the hole again.

2nd hit: if uka and aku is making a twister beam, dodge him. if you want to dodge the twister beam easily, don't go to the fat wires. repeat dodge cortex's powers, then hit it again.
3rd hit: when uka and aku uses explosion beam, go to the corner. repeat dodging again. hit him again.

You got 2 options:
Option 1: Get the purple gem from Level 13 and go to the pathway with the picture of the purple gem. The path will be unblocked and go get all the boxes from there. After that go back to the normal path and collect the boxes that you missed.
Options 2: Go the normal way. Near the end when you are about to jump on the moving platforms jump left and go backwards and collect all the boxes.

You first need the color gem that matches the color on the platform that you can't step on. Once you get the color gem, the platform will become solid. Jump on the platform and will be transported to a challenge level. Beat it to get the silver gem.

To get to the yellow gem platform in Hang'em High, you have to get a total of at least 10 relics, then go to the secret platform that appears in the middle of the Warp Room. Select the level Hang'Em High in the secret warp room. And you should warp to the yellow gem platform instead of the real level! If you can complete it, you will get the yellow gem!

there is a platform that has a skull and crossbone mark on it. That will take you to the path.

The paths are these gems that look like they are lines, however when you get to that point in the level WITHOUT DYING ONCE you can go on and do the gem path which is usually hard, I got most of the paths without using the bazooka but I would recommend you get the bazooka first because it makes it much easier.
PS**** the yellow gem is unlocked when you get 10 relics, in the middle of the teleport place near the save game sign youll see a platform after you get 5 relics, these are the bonus levels and two of them take you to get the yellow gem and a clear gem in future frenzy

If its hard just go to an easy level and get the tiki then go to the level and beat it.

Here is a glitch! Go to the title screen. Wait until the third Demo (do not skip any demo's or this won't work!) where Coco drives an airplane. But, right after the second demo, get ready for my instructions. As soon as the screen turns black when it is loading the third demo, hold triangle until the demo appears. Then, press Start, and the start menu should appear, and select go to warp room, and you have every power in the game! But you have to start at the first level! Trust me, this worked for me.

No, but there is this glitch. Go to the title screen (it says Load and New game). Just wait and let 2 demos pass. It's ok if you skip the demos. On the third demo, when it's loading, hold Triangle and let go when the demo starts. Then press Start, and you can go to the Warp Room. You can also control Cocoa before you leave the level.
