How do I get out of the snake??

A1:

Pick all stuff inside the snake. Use the Ipecac Flower on the Pancake Syrup in your inventory to get Syrup of Ipecac. Use the Syrup of Ipecac on the snake's head and he'll barf you out. -Answer by:RipperRoo
