After, the piano room, You should have went back into the curtains and pulled the lever down. After you do that, you get the key and the note. Put in 304. Now, go to the room where you first came in and go to the save point in the very first part of the mansion. Then, go behind that counter go to the lockers and put in the code. You will get a key. Now, go back to the piano room and use the key on the smalller door. That's what you do. Hope this helped
