When I tried to get in there I must have missed the key earlier so of course their is one but you need to obtian the code first somewhere early on in the game If you want the BFG that's behind the door or you could use the cheat. -Answer by:naphenro

You kill him with the Soul Cube. Charge it up by killing monsters then it will tell you it's ready to be used.
You use the Soul Cube
You have to hit him with the soul cube 5 times. I got it the first try :D

U got to get him I think 3 times whenever you charge the soul cube then you got the guy try a see

Actualy I think you have to hit him 4 or 5 times till the final boss dies

After you kill the saboath come close to him and you will get it
About the code again. When you check the audio log, he says 901. and when you read the email, you are informed that it was changed to 931 since the 0 was an invalid number on door locks. It's a useful detail.
Hold the L trigger and press A,B,A,B and you will have all weapons.

I only know of 2 that work. All others were bogus the ones that work are:
God Mode: LT + X,Y,B,A (you must hold down the LT and you do not have to be in the PDA menu.)
Skip to next level: LT + A,B,X,Y (again, you must hold down LT and you may be in gameplay mode if desired.)
Also, on the final level, save when the bricks move back to coax you back into hell. Go in hell. when you find the area where the final boss cutscene starts, wait until the cutscene ends. Input the God Mode cheat and jump into the middle portal. keep walking into the abyss. there is a red dot. I have no Idea what it is. now, pause and load the save game you did before re-entering hell. go to the room where you were about to fight again, but KEEP TO THE LEFT. go around the corner and duck. you should see a brick with the Id logo on it. drag the crosshair onto it, and click on it. turn around, and a secret passage has opened. there is a PDA on a table. it has All Access Security clearance and is titled
Id Software. It is chalk full of thank you emails.
BTW, if you don't want to take the time to get that far, just use the skip level cheat until you get to the Central Excavation Site. XD
