Were is the bald guy in st Petersburg level?

A1:

You go to the big building and walk up the stairs take a left and the people will run out.. then they will go down the stairs into a room full of guards. you must kill the guards before they kill you, but you cannot kill anybody else. then your objective will change and you will not have to kill the bald guy, but you will have to escape.

A2:

Find the bald that doesn't smoke..

How do you get past the st petesberg meeting in the park?

A1:

Go to your Agency Pickup area and there should be 2 car bombs.If you only find one,position yourself alittle different(Closely in between the dumpsters)and there it should be. Go in the sewers(best to go straight to the one you went by)and head down. I cant really remeber what sewers to go up but I know that you go somewhere ^ and you need to kill the limo driver(when hes taking a piss.ha)and take his outfit. Go to where his limo is and there should be the option to plant/place bomb. Then go back to the sewers and head I think it would be like in the left upper corner and you shouldnt be able to get out of the sewer hole since the car parked over it,and just while on the ladder plant the bomb.Then go back to the boat you came from and there should be an explosion and there you go!

Arm it then squat down to drop it without dying, then get away from it, then activate it.

In level tubeway torpedo, i'll ready rescue our agent, but the problem is, how to blow out the wall to get into sewer? info said the mini bomb has been armed, but then the bomb still in 47 hand....
