Defeat Suzaku Leader. She will tell you a little about it. Talk to girl in Phoenix Bay. She will tell you to go to Bios Swamp. This is right from the Bulk Bridge area. Find the Shrine and you will find Crest of Sincerity (sic, as appears in the game) then you will think about asking Sepikmon. Go to see Sepikmon. He suggests seeing Baronmon about a bomb. Go to Tyranno Valley. Defeat some Triceramon until you get a TNT Ball. Take the TNT Ball to Baronmon in Protocol Ruins. He will make a TNT Chip. Go all the way back to Shrine and blow up the wall. In the Shrine, climb down the ladder to find the Digi-Egg Of Reliability. Note that your character calls it the Digi-Egg Of Sincerity.

However, later in the game you can use the water to fast travel. You gotta know the right spots though. Ex. the dive spot outside the city where you get your second badge will lead you all the way back to the city you start in and visversa.

You can't catch digimon
Yes you can it says so several times in the game, it just doesnt say how.

I am afraid to say you can't HOWEVER find DRI people and they will let you find DDNA of a starter digimon for example DRI Bob is in Protacal ruins with one Digimon under lvl 20 (i used my Kotemon) then go to Bulk Bridge Defeat Paildramon take the Veemon DDNA back to DRI Bob and then you will have a Veemon

Go to protocol ruins and find a digimon that holds tnt.
Find boronmon in PROTOCOL RUINS he ask for the tnt ball go to the place where you fought mastertrannonmon look for
the digimon with 3 horn fought him until you get the tnt ball

Basically, you can just run from cross-section to cross-section until you get a little explanation point. I think you watch, and follow him, through 4 rooms, and then up to where hiandromon is. at which point you have to fight hiandromon, and he "unlocks" the way. you see nuemimon go through the gates outside where you fight hiandromon. follow him and you're done. Only thing you have to worry about is making sure you see Nuemimon go through first. if you try to fight Hiandromon before you see the cut-scene with nuemimon going up, he will not fight you. Thus, making moving forward, and out of the factory impossible. Like everything else in the game you have to be pactient. (spellings may be wrong. It's Digimon names, I think you can deal with it.)
