To beat the Safari Room you have to use the Poltergust 3000 to rattle the antlers on the wall. A barrage of ghosts will appear and you need to hose them with Ice (!) to begin vacuuming. First, go 2 the foyor room. then, go through the big doors straight ahead. When you go to that hallway, go to the room(outdoor) with the well. then go to another door to the area of this guy that's strong. then beat him and go through another door that leads to some stairs. go up the stairs then open the door in front of luigi. you should see a hallway, then go straight down the hallway and go to luigi's right.there should be three doors, go to the one on luigi's left. beat nana by sucking the balls of yarn like the baby. then after you beat her and get the key go across to the other door that's closest to the room that you were just in. good luck bye
There's a machine in the room with the bodybuilder. You must run on the machine (i'm dutch and I don't know what it's called) and then the key appears.

To beat Chauncey, you first have to wake him up (by vacc'ing the woodhorse...) then hit him with the ball.
He'll transport you into his crib (well a giant crib) and this is what you have to do: avoid the horses by going in the other direction (if it comes from the left, GO RIGHT!!!) and when there're 2 at the same time, stay in the middle. He'll throw big balls; avoid them. when there's only one left, suck it (WITH THE VACUUM) and aim it to him and throw it back. Then, you can suck up his lifepoints. He'll knock you off and will bounce around. Again, avoid him. Just repeat everything until you suck him all.

Ok! First suck on his rocking horse and it will bring you to him in his crib. He will shoot rocking horses and balls at you. Suck up the ball and hit him on his head. Then his heart will show up and you know the rest.
There are two ways to beat Chauncey. First, vaccum the horse, then, he'll throw teddy bears at you. Vaccum up the ball, and hit him with it. Then he'll complain about his owee, and he'll make you very small. Avoid the horses and the balls. Then vaccum up one once they all stopped bouncing, then, hit him with the ball, like the first time. Then start vaccuming him up. If you don't vaccum him up all the way (which is natural.), he'll start to cry, and he'll do bellyflops on the crib. Once you avoided those, he'll start throwing horses and balls at you again. Vaccum it up. Hit him with it. Vaccum. Avoid the bellyflops. Keep doing this until you defeat him and you'll get the key to the door at the Foyer.
First, Chauncey will shoot rocking horses at you. Dodge those, then wait for him to try and knock you out with the giant bouncy balls. The third one that hits the crib will stay, so suck that one up, aim at Chauncey, and let go of your vacuum lock. It will expose his heart, allowing you to move in for the suck. Yeah I agree with Rocker99 this question doesn't seem to make sense to me.
Mario's shoe is in the Twins Room which is next to Chauncey's Room. To get the key to The Twins you must pass Nana. The Nana is across from the bathroom in Area 3. This is on the right side of the hall with red, explosive ghosts coming out of the picture on the end of it. When they start flashing be sure to dodge the explosion.
To Pass Twin Level:
First of all when you enter the room, search for treasure and lives. Then climb the ladder on the bunk bed. Suck on the top bunk with your vacuum... a blue ghost will appear. Try to catch him for treasure purposes. Then, while standing on the ground, make the airplanes spin about 5 times with your vacuum. Two ghosts will appear. Choose to play with them. Leave the room and then re-enter. After that, suck on the boxes. Which ever two shake will be the ones the twins are in. If you guess right they will start freaking out and riding on toy cars and airplanes. When they do this, simply suck them off their ride and then suck away their heart power. I suggest you get the one on the ground first while dodging the bombs... it's easier. =] Stay calm... this level is simpler than it seems.

It toke me at leace 12 times to find the twins, but I did it! don't give up, there trickey...but fun
I did the airplain first & still won.... but where is the shoe?
Just stay by the statue and get the boo next to the sharp point of the statue and the boo will blow up into smaller boos and use the ice element to freeze them and they will go on the ground and then suck them up with the vacuum and do it repeatedly until it dies
You're stuck too? Here's how to do it. When Boolossus appears, use the vacuum to suck him in close. You must then drag him in to one of the unicorn statues on either side of the Balcony. He will then 'pop' and you can move in and begin spraying the smaller boos with Ice Element. They will freeze and drop to the ground. Then just suck 'em up. Catch him in your vaccum and pull him tords the point on one of the two unicorns then when they scatter freeze them! that should help you pass boolosus!

Some say that you need to stand between 2 lights in the big hall way of the first floor and use your mario call with the"A"button. Im not sure if it will work though, because I've never gotton it to work my self. -Answer by:JumpMan
You have to suck up the toy solders in the clockworck room (Activate the clocks by the way), then go into the house thing wich will take you to the roof, then suck up more of those mask ghosts, then a chest will apper on the chimminy, get that first, then theres another chimminy this one has a plank on it, drop from the plank then you,re in the secret room.Oh and if you want to get out theres a mirror by the way p.s there are chests that ether have ghosts in them or money.Rate me plz:D. -Answer by:Juggerknot

You suck up all the ghost in the first room and when you are in the second room,suck on the metal thing in the corner and half of the room will dissipear .the moon and some meateors will appear.suck up one of the meateors and shoot it at the moon and it will blow up.then go down the new path and grab marios star
