That room is called the "Sealed Room". You access it from the roof. Once you have done the roof there will be a chest on one platform (chimney) and the other one (on the right) will have a plank...fall into the whole and it will take you to the fireplace of the sealed room. To get out you have to suck the cover off of the mirror and search it (takes you back to the foyer)

Listen to pokerstar99 his answer is the main strategy. Mine is just some tips. It may seem impossible but keep trying. It will take some time to win but don't give up. Tip 1: Make sure to enter the fight with full HP. If you don't have full HP, it will be much harder.Tip 2: When Bowser's head shoots ice balls at you while you try to suck up King Boo, keep moving around and dodging the ice balls while you suck him up. The first time I knocked off Bowser's head when I won I got over 100 damage in on King Boo. Tip 3: When Bowser throws the spike balls, quickly suck one up and back up. Then he won't be able to easily hit you and so you won't get hurt when the spike ball explodes after shooting it at him. Tip 4: Keep your distance from Bowser during the fight. You want to be pretty far away so his fire breath and inhale attack won't hit you but also keep close enough that he stays on your screen.
This strategy worked for me and hopefully it will work for all you readers. Good luck and don't give up everyone!

You grab Bowser`s spike ball[NOT WITH HAND!]with the Poltergust3000 then you shoot him having ''KING BOO'' pop out.Suck him up[300 HP.]ti`l he`s sucked in.WATCH OUT FOR BOWSER`S ICE BALLS HE SPITS OUT!Then you`ll beat the game!

Near the music room? Washroom, Pool Room, Court Yard? A lot of doors. But, for the short cut, run on the treadmill in the Rec Room.

After every room(including bosses), you will find a boo with that "Boo Decter"

Find the orange ghost floating around with a key, after attempting to open the Parlor door. Collect the key from the ghost after he drops it. Go into the Parlor and go through with Professor E. Gadd. After Training, go back to the mansion, talk to the Toad, and go back into the Parlor. Use the Vacuum and extinguish the purple candles. The pictures will talk to you and you need to capture 3 orange ghosts. After doing so, advance into the Anteroom. Vacuum the orange and pink ghosts and advance to the left. In the Wardrobe Room, vacuum the orange pink and green ghosts in there. there is another orange ghost you need to vacuum in the wardrobe on the left, there is a blue money ghost in the right wardrobe. Collect the key and go back to the 2nd floor (entrance to Parlor). Use the key and dont follow the trail of coins. Fake doors don't have carpeting under them, so look out. Go to the first door you see, on Luigi's right. Go in the Library and find Neville. When he yawns from his book, vacuum away! Go into the farthest door down the hallway and find Lydia. vacuum the curtain and move it aside. A wind will blow in and Lydia will show her heart, vacuum! Then, go into the Nursery and find Chauncy. Vacuum at his horse and he will wake up. When he starts to follow you around, vacuum the ball and shoot it at him. A Boss Battle is imminent! Avoid the horses and when he unleashes the balls, vacuum one and shoot it at Chauncy. Vacuum away! After beating Chauncy, you will get the Heart Key. Hope this helped!

You have to get all of the boos on that floor, and if any go to a different floor, dont chase them
You have to go through the door and go to your left and you'll see a circle of boos and they're holding hands and rotating. You just walk up to them and keep walking against them then you should be able to battle them.

First set his candlebra on fire. then follow him to his room. he sits down and begins to sing and then catch him when his heart appears. but you must be fast. because he wil disappear fast. When he disappears you must go back to where you find him and try again.
Let the last boo attempt to attack you with his ram. The second you notice him trying, spin in his direction, and when he makes his move, shoot the ice at him (directly) and he should freeze and drop to the ground. You can then suck him up and earn the key to Area 4! -Answer by:Rocker99

If you mean the breaker room than I can help you see, you need to unlock 32 boos in the mansion than you can fight booleut. but the mansion will power down by being struck by lightning after you put the key in where it needs to go that new area has a door that doesnt need a key go in that room and you will here a phone ringing answer the phone and when the toad asks who you are dont saw your bowser or he will hang up and you wont know what to do. Toad will tell you there is a swich down in the breaker room in the basement. one problem the breaker room door is going to be locked. then go back to the telephone room, o ya the room that I was talking about earlyer is this room. you will be hereing a second phone call. this one is coming from the old man that calls you on the game boy horrer, he will tell you about a ghost named uncle grimes the old man says that he will be found in one of the darkist places in the manion. I beleve he holds thevsecond key to the breaker room. I am looking for him right now. when you get the key unlock the room and flip the switch. it should turn on the power and the room will no longer be dark. you should also get a key for a new room.

In the large 1st floor hallway, you need to get in-between 2 wall lights. Press A and you will hear a sound that doesn't sound right. Luigi will go "hmmm..." and everything will change. I'm not sure how to get through the passage though.
My friend told me it was in the basement hallway, he said you blow out all the candles and relight them. then you will here a squeeking sound when your walking down the hall way toward king boos altar and a trap door will open. im not sure if it works though
