All you have to do is grapple your enemy and press a+b like for example when the special bar is 3 and if your character is jericho go to the feet an use a+b

All you need to do is the special bar is full press A button and A+B . (When the enemy is standing)
And if you want a submission all you need to do is wait until the special bar is full.When it is full grapple your enemy and go to his feet and press A+B buttons. (When the enemy is lying down)
