If you are in "Instant Action" Mode, you can't check out the other Island Parks. However, if you are in "Full Simulation" Mode, then you can go to the park you where in {Properly named "Lost Kingdom" (1 Key), not dinoland} or "Halloween World (1 Key)", optionally. Yet, if you want to go to "Wonderland" (3 Keys) or "Space Zone" (5 Keys), then you need to collect Golden tickets, and golden keys to enter them.
However, there is a way to hack it (so I heard) but I wouldn't recommend it because It could destroy the game's internal data.
