Crazy Redd's tent appears at random. find a sign that says: "coem to crazy redd's furniture europeum!". He will tell you before he's coming to your town on the notice sign

Well, the rent isn't the only thing you have to do in the whole game. If you have a GBA, you could try to give your islander furniture they request (talk to them a lot, they'll mention some type of furniture they want) and fill their house, you could try and fill your musuem, you could try to save up 9,999,999 bells in your post office, you could try to get 100,000 HRA points... there's still a lot of stuff to do. And you could try to collect all the models that Tortimer and other sources give you and reconstruct your town in your basement!

Well... you could try to get a HUGE amount of money and then buy all the things that the towns people want like furniture. if you talk to them a lot, they'll tell you about a type of furniture that they want that they're looking for, and you could buy that kind of furniture for them... or you could prank people all day long... you push two people toward eachother and get out your shovel. then dig like two or three rows of holes around them and make it so that there are only two spaces for the two people to be on. it's really funny to watch them get mad... especially after you've pushed them around a little bit. they have the little angry sign above their heads and they can't walk anywhere or anything. it's REALLY funny! ooooooooh boy. good times. sorry... uh... yeah. that's pretty much it. hope I helped. ) -Answer by:pink22

Every Saturday night from 8:00 to 12:00, go to the basement of the museum(you'll see a little pair of stairs) and you will see a pigeon who sells coffe for 200 bells, and you will also see a black and white dog with a banjo. Prees A in frount of him and he will interduce himself. He will then ask you a if you want to hear a song. Reply back to him"You know it!" then hell will ask you if you want to give request. Answer "Not this time!" Then sit down in the seat next to a table in the south part of the room. He will then announce what song he going to sing and then he will actually sing a song. After he is done he will then give you that song he sang and talk about how nasty industrial fat cats want to sell his music. Check in your pockets and you will find a yellow note. Stand in frount of your turntable and press A. You then will see a + sign on the westhern part of the sreen lit up. Tap or prees A and then you tap the note wich is in your pockets. The screen wich you saw the + sign on will now have a name of a song and tap it twice. Turn up the voleum and you will now get beautiful music in your home.

It depends, Sometimes it randomly generated or based of your personality. I got pretty amber eyes my first time when I was mean to rover on the first sentence and polite to him the rest of the time.

It's all about the answers you give to Rover's questions on the train. I used to know a website that had an eye guide, but I had to wipe my computer two weeks ago because I got a virus :(. I would just look up AC eye guide, something like that, on google and see if I could find it.
You have to buy a certain amount of the things in his shop... he'll be all like "i've earned up enough money to renovate my shop. blah blah blah" and then it'll take him like 2 or 3 days or something like that, and then there'll be a better and more improved shop. the order of the shops are these:
1. nook's cranny
2.nookway
3.the ritzy store with the hair dresser and all that which I don't remember the name of.
