There is a moder dressee and a lamp I collect moder furni to Try looking in Tom Nook's store until you find it or check the dump and also talk to your town peple and select the middel options(i'm bored,whats up,entertain me,talk to me...etc. and they will somtimes trade sell or give you there old furniture! So just wait and eventually it will show up!:)
I have a full modern set and it was a pain to get. I found out the hard way that some towns WONT give you certain items, no matter how hard you work you butt off. My best reccomendation is if you havent gotten any luck from Tom Nook, you might want to try the Flea Market. If that STILL wont work, you better have friends, or try restarting. (hopefully not!) If a friend has it, have them come to your town, drop it, you pick it up and then drop it, and then it will be in your catalog. I hope I helped! -Answer by:delta9678

Yes u can have people come 2 ur town. i would keep your town clean becuz then you know when you go 2 another town there will be a cat with no face sometimes. i forget her name, but anyways when you talk 2 her she gives you compliments on your town! she is very nice.

You either get fifteen villagers in your town or you send them hate mail and bug them all the time
To make an animal leave, send hate notes like, "I hate you and so does Tom Nook!" also send garbage as a present. Refuse to help them and push and hit them with items.

To Amke villigers move in talk to the wishing wel and select how are things and it will respone "In places were there are very little green and desire from the shadow"or somthing like that but it will also say check AC or somthing do see what admisses you so go to AC and plant trees flowers ectc...Also pick all your weeds and fillng the mueseum could help. ---------------To get others to move send them hateful mail saying I hate you! note: be sure to say there name for example.... WRONG. shovels dont break! golden shovels are prettier. also, if you dig in random spots you will dig up 100 bells even if there is no mark on the ground.
On my game when you see the lite up groung that usually gives you 1000 bells with a golden shovel you get 10 000 sometimes.
If you use a golden one, there are more chances of growing trees than a normal one. also, you can only plant a money trees with a golden shovle.

Well, the rent isn't the only thing you have to do in the whole game. If you have a GBA, you could try to give your islander furniture they request (talk to them a lot, they'll mention some type of furniture they want) and fill their house, you could try and fill your musuem, you could try to save up 9,999,999 bells in your post office, you could try to get 100,000 HRA points... there's still a lot of stuff to do. And you could try to collect all the models that Tortimer and other sources give you and reconstruct your town in your basement!
Well... you could try to get a HUGE amount of money and then buy all the things that the towns people want like furniture. if you talk to them a lot, they'll tell you about a type of furniture that they want that they're looking for, and you could buy that kind of furniture for them... or you could prank people all day long... you push two people toward eachother and get out your shovel. then dig like two or three rows of holes around them and make it so that there are only two spaces for the two people to be on. it's really funny to watch them get mad... especially after you've pushed them around a little bit. they have the little angry sign above their heads and they can't walk anywhere or anything. it's REALLY funny! ooooooooh boy. good times. sorry... uh... yeah. that's pretty much it. hope I helped. ) -Answer by:pink22

Every Saturday night from 8:00 to 12:00, go to the basement of the museum(you'll see a little pair of stairs) and you will see a pigeon who sells coffe for 200 bells, and you will also see a black and white dog with a banjo. Prees A in frount of him and he will interduce himself. He will then ask you a if you want to hear a song. Reply back to him"You know it!" then hell will ask you if you want to give request. Answer "Not this time!" Then sit down in the seat next to a table in the south part of the room. He will then announce what song he going to sing and then he will actually sing a song. After he is done he will then give you that song he sang and talk about how nasty industrial fat cats want to sell his music. Check in your pockets and you will find a yellow note. Stand in frount of your turntable and press A. You then will see a + sign on the westhern part of the sreen lit up. Tap or prees A and then you tap the note wich is in your pockets. The screen wich you saw the + sign on will now have a name of a song and tap it twice. Turn up the voleum and you will now get beautiful music in your home.

It depends, Sometimes it randomly generated or based of your personality. I got pretty amber eyes my first time when I was mean to rover on the first sentence and polite to him the rest of the time.

The pitfall seeds are seeds (obviously) that you bury and then when you walk over the place you buried it you will fall. Hit a bunch of buttons and you will get out of the hole faster. You can also push other characters in the holes. It is humorous, but mean.

You can also run around town and hit rocks with your shovel every day. there's only one "money rock" every day. you can get up to 5,000 in one day from a money rock. you have to hit it repeatedly as fast as you can to get the most out of it. as soon as you hit it, the rock will turn red and you have until it turns back to normal to hit it as many times as you can.

If you hit rocks with your shovel money will pop out. (Only one rock a day though) also, find one spot a day that has light shining from the ground. Dig there and get 1,000 bells. Also (I've heard but not tried) if you have a golden shovel and you randomly dig, you will get money. Shaking trees will get you money. Watch out for bees though! If you see a bee, open your dock and get your net out and attempt to catch them! (They will sell for lots of bells!)
