A1: You need the book for GTA vice city and it will tell you the exact location of each of the 100 packages. Once you find them your weapons will line up in front of diaz's mansion once star island opens and you will have access to two helicopters and a tank.

A1: Get a car and run over that sign. Note: They won't shoot you if you don't shoot them.

A1: Ther is no army plane. the only plane in the game is by the recording studious.(that you can fly)

A2: U cant find an army plane but u can find a police helicopter in downtown

A3: There is a helicopter in the military base, but it is far back in the base.(it does have weapons.) :)
