Fly around until u c a sea plane with a long white paper behind it. fire the rockets at the plane and it will blotch in flames then explode and the screen goes white!! and the white paper just floats down to the ground. NOTE: shooting the sea plane automatically puts up 2 wanted stars have fun!!!?

Do flying car cheat and start falling. off a roof, out of a car whatever. it needs to be that flat out fall. press O before you hit the ground and you will gracefully float about. you can reach the top of the tallest building like this.

You put the cheat code for a rhino thank( O, O, L1, O, O, O, L1, L2, R1, ∆, O, ∆. and than you put the cheat code for flying cars.(Right, R2, O, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1) then you enter the thank, then, rotate the cannon behind you and drive where you can make speed. keep holding X bottun and keep fire'ing thil you fly. keep fire'ing till you made speed. after a while you don't have to fire anny more and you can keep on flying. Go around and kill people and some people have money. pick it up. Also, if you go to North Point Mall, follow a cop until he starts running after someone, run ahead and see whos running, kill them but only use your BARE fist and make sure you dont hit the cop. (You get 50$ per hit)
Note: You can also do this in other places and anywhere outside.

Well you will need a garage for this one, get a cop car,tank or any other form of law enforcement.press r3 to trigger vigilantly missions. then park the car in a garage (that you own) then exit the garage and wait for the door to close and enter this cheat R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, S, T, O, T, L2, L1 this will blow up all the cars in the city except the ones in your garages(dont worry the other cars will respon as well) thus getting the vigilantes. then just get back in car back out and then back in. repeat as many times you want. each time you do this the amount of money you win will grow. in 15 minuets I got about $2,500,000 doing this.
